This company called my home phone and threatened that if I do not handle this matter they will come to my work and arrest me. First of all I had told them over and over again that I do not work at the place he was saying. He threaten to go to my work and investage them as well, saying this was for Fradulent activity. He would not tell me where this came from; could not even understand him because he had a india accent. He told me to listen to him and do not enterrupt him about the case# he was calling about. I kept on asking him what this was all about and that I would not say anything tell he told me. He would hang up on, he did this twice. He was rude and told me that he would arrest me for Fradulent Activity. Which again I still do not know where or what he was talking about. He did not say what company this was from and told me that he wants 450.00 now. He had me so freaked out I told him what could I do to work this out. Could not do this now and that I could do something at the end of the month $200. He said this would not work and that I would need to have the whole amount or they would take further legal action and arrest me. I can only pay $200.
I believe that it might be about a cash advance loan, but i am not sure. He will not say the companies name. He told me that I had to report to him every other day, to let him know that I am not running away from this issue-what is he talking about? He is not an officer of the law that i know of. I have looked on your website and saw that there was some compliants like this. Should I pay anything to this person. It sounds like a scam. Why do these people have my info even my social security #. This is scaring. What should I do?
