I hired Ms. Ashley as a businessconsultant and paid her in full for one year, which was $20,000.00. I canceledafter 3 months in writing. Her contract has a satisfaction guarantee clause thatsays `if client is not satisfied, client will be reimbursed 50% of theirmembership`. She has refused to refund me any amount. I went to mediation withher and she still refused to pay.
