We contracted with Nationwide Loan Services Inc in Dec. As of today Sept. 28 2010 they have failed to complete the mortgage modification and we recieved a letter stating that they are no longer in business. We paid for their services and they took our money. Sinead Dobbin / Miller has been telling us that they have submitted the papers and that they have not responded. How do we get our money back? I am so pissed that they are not fulfilling their obligations and took money from my family. We tried emailing and calling and we only get a response saying that they are closed.
