Jeff charged me $995.00 for doing an analysis to get my loan modified knowing that mortgage lenders had stopped honoring unemployment as income. When I received the analysis there were many false data, the most important being that I work with a company for 5 yearsand made over$4,00.00 monthly. I recalled mentioning that I expect a job in September; so I e-mailed him asking him to correct those misrepresentations. I pointed out that Citimortgage will see those errors because I have to send in my tax reports, bank statements, and pay stubs, which I don't have. Each time I call or e-mail Jeff, he kept promising to call me back. I still have not sent in those fraudlent or bogus document. I'm a christian; I can't take part in fraud. I may be about to lose my home of 22 years if I don't find a job soon; but, at least, I'll have my integrity. Other Americans should know about this scam to avoid losing $995.00. So many home owners like myself are being scammed of what little money we have left.
