$99 Installation Rebate Still Unpaid After Four Months

I was another victim of Prime TV. I am calling every day and begging for the $99 promised to me for installation by Direct TV.

It's been four months for me, and I was promised 4 to 6 weeks. They say "you're being processed" or the check is in the mail. Liars! It's Nov. 19th and I haven't received a cent.
