I ordered from King of Swords on 10 April. After waiting for the product about
a month, I emailed them to ask where it was. They said it was presently unavailable from the manufacturer and wanted to know if I wanted to wait longer. I said I would wait for another month. After waiting another month I emailed them and cancelled the order.
They promissed to issue a refund right away. After another month of waiting I emailed them again and they said they would forward my request to their accounting dept. And a refund would be issued as soon as possible. That was on July 13. No refund was
ever issued. I have just recently found out that they have moved out. They are no longer at the address on Johnson Ferry Road.
