My business phone line went out of 8/24/10. I called at 4pm to report the problem.
I called at 9am on 8/25/10 and was told a service ticket needed to be issued.
I called at 9am on 8/26/10 and was told a service ticket with a 24 hour repair commitment had been issued.
I called at 9:15 am on 8/27/10 and was told they were sorry they missed the commitment time and they had someone working on it. I called three more times that day and was assured the problem would be fixed that day.
I called at 9:15 on Saturday 8/28/10 but was told the service department would not be back until Monday 8/30/10 This is a business line i have not been able to book appointments or process credit cards and my business has been cut in half. Birch Communications does not seem to care and there is no guarantee it will be fixed on the 30th. My losses at the moment equal about $1200.00 not to mention all the time spent on phone calls listening to how great their customer service is. If it were me and i wanted to save money i would sign up with a different company as the amount i have lost so far equals 50 months of service with Birch.
