Ben Harrison was hired as a photobooth operator for two events. The first event he arrived late and the customer was upset. I had to refund the client $200. Ben demanded he still be paid in full even though he was late. He also demanded additional payment for him having to learn how to use the photobooth, even though our agreement specifically stated that it was a flat rate assignment. He was under qualified for the assignment and did not even have the basic computer and photography skills to set up a photobooth without me spending hours of my time telling him basic stuff like how to install a printer.
We also hired him to do a second event (foolishly) even though we hadn't come to a satisfactory agreement about how to pay him for the first event. He used this to his advantage and blackmailed us to overnite him the funds or he would not do the second event. We had agreeded to part ways amicably after this last event. He would do the event and then he would COD our gear back to us and get paid when we go the gear back. Once greedy Ben Harrison got his money he decided to change the terms of the agreement. He now wanted paid in advance for the second gig as well, with the funds overnited or western unioned to him and he wasn't going to pay the overnite fee nor the $45 western union fee. This request was made within 24 hours of us just overniting him funds. Needless to say we wound up using someone else.
Ben Harrison will lie, black mail and cheat every penny he can out of you. He has never returned out $3000 photobooth and we are currently seeking legal action against him. If you too have been cheated by Ben Harrison please let us know so we can add your testimony to catch this crook.
