Rolland Elliott contracted with me to operate a photobooth at an event. The agreement was $35 per hour. I worked approx 8 hours— 4 at the event and 4 trying to get his s*y equipment to operate. Then, the m*k did not pay me. He was supposed to paypal within 48 hours. NO response. He is a liar, cheat, dog s*t.
