I got a job in your customer service on June 26. Store#1327.
I received no training. I was put out in the department on a Saturday, and it got very busy around 11:00 AM. The E3 came to help and complained the time he was there. He had other things to do and complained about the schedule. I was told after only 8 days in this dept that I was not doing the job. Your E3's were very rude. I would not recommend this company to work for. No training you are just a Robot. They did not offer to help me with the 20 things I had to do. I also found out that my sister in Michigan, walked out of a job at Kohl's also.
