My fiance and I booked Martin for a Photobooth for our wedding. We booked in August for a wedding in April. The contract was just one single page and I added in requirements for our venue, The Westin. The communication was poor between Martin and I, but I brushed it off because he said he was on vacation in Europe. Plus, I have my emails sent to my blackberry and often find I demand quick answers.
Once he finally emailed me the contract I sent in our deposit of $80, in check format. Immediately after I sent in the check, I asked for specifics on which EXACT booth would come to our event. (I had requested that info before but he said he would get back to me. I negotiated our price down a bit and didn't want to lose the date or the savings so I was willing to send the deposit first. Bad mistake.)
He emailed me pictures of a make-shift photobooth, nothing resembling the photobooth photo at the top of the contract I signed.
