I purchased an item from their website on 7/11. I got an email conformation right away; my credit card was charged immediately as well. That is the extent of the communication I have received from DY Home Decor since making the purchase.
I have sent emails on: 7/22,7/26 and 7/27; none were returned by the company. I have left phone messages on 7/19 and 7/28; neither was returned by the company.
Don't buy from them!
