FBI should be on these people!
They owe just to alone at least $6,000, for unpaid wages. They tricked even the US Labor department (a Federal agency!). They took off and no one could find these people.
Joe Vitale is now on LinkedIn.com, and for my amazement the guy is: Inspector at City of Roswell in the state of Georgia.
The certainty of never being caught makes this people do whatever they want. As everyone can see on the Public Service commission report, they had their license denied in the state of Florida because of previous involvement from the owners Martha Vitale, John Little and Joe Vitale with law suits in different telecom companies in other states. These people live for this!
Since they could not operate with traditional phone service, they came up with VoIP services, and partner with America's Choice Communications (ACC) who actually was full licensed with PSC and AT&T. They used ACC's license to sell traditional phone services in Florida and Georgia. The catch here is that the owner of ACC never had access to Premier's customers name and address; so when they disappear they left ACC with a huge bill to pay, because customers were sending their payments to Premier and they never passed the money to ACC to pay the bill. The result: ACC lost its license and cannot operate as a utility company just as Premier now.
These people opened call centers and offices in Argentina and Uruguay and hired blood-suckers that had no idea what they were doing. The one thing I know is that the "C-executives" of Premier spent lots of money going to South America, staying in very expensive hotels while employee had no payment for several months. They kept us waiting by a promise that this huge loan from a Swiss bank would come up anytime soon (that never happened), deluding us with promises of better wages and benefits.
Most of the Premier's customers -90%, were Spanish speaking customers, most not legal residents or with enough education to know the law and their rights about utilities services. Premier never advised the customer they could lose their number forever if switching back from VoIP to traditional.
This guy may never pay me, but for sure I will hunt them all until the end of my days. And I always find them.
