Answered an ad for Beagle Puppies for sale. Went and breeder, Mr. Rick Labish had about 20 Beagles on his property. We purchased a 13", 10 month old female. We took her to the vet 1 day after we purchased her for a nasty cough and a puppy well visit. TO our shock, she was an adult dog of about 18-24 months, lymes diese, ear infections, severly dehydrated and a CRITICAL case of pneumonia.
Mr. Labish will do nothing to help with the vet bills. He said he will take her back and give us our money back. So now he would get a heatly puppy and I have 1,100. Dollars in vet bills. He will never get her back. He lied about her age, he lied about her health and now is just very nasty and intimidating when we try and talk to him about the situation. I just hope the other 20 dogs on his property are not suffereing due to no vet care.
Do NOT buy a puppy from this man
