I paid $140 and finished their required information to get a title change. They returned my cash following a over per week, stating the process in my own region was also complex. After I questioned when they might clarify exactly what the "complex" components are and so I might have a "heads-up", they simply stated I had a need to contact the region circuit judge. Works out it isn't complex, for me. Really frustrating along with a waste of period, but I'll possibly conserve money doing it myself.
