Withdraw money from account without authorization do not have any information or e-mails on this company

National platinum has withdraw moneys from my account with out my authorization, cannot get in-touch with the company because they do not have a # for them. Called the # on my account but that is not the # that can handle this matter, but that is the # on my copy
