Mr Randall M. Evans contacted me by phone after seeing my resume on line and offered his executive search services which contained a refund feature. His other offices across the country do not have phone numbers that I could locate after considerable effort. His web site www.roosevelt-montagne is full of loftyness that does not match his method of operation. The state of California does not show either of his companies as licensed in the state. I learned that he recently relocated to the Seattle area.
I have requested a refund a number of times, his doesn't respond, bottom line no refund after 35 days and no job leads. Great candidate for the complaint I am sorry to say.
