David Silver was looking for investors in Arizona for his renewable energy company, Silver Wind Corporation in AZ. David lied, used false financial statements to promote his business to me. He took my $10,000 as a deposit to show good faith, and kept the money and he disappeared. David is a con artist—stay away from him and his Wind power company.
