I have been going back and forth with this furniture company with missed deliveries. I paid them cash in full on the first day (4/28/10). I set up delivery for 5/1/10 and made sure that I ordered something that was already on stock. Well they missed that date with no call, no show and no reason for not coming. This was also my move in date to my new apt.in which I had to cancel on the 3rd bc of pest problems. They said that they had my furniture there waiting on me when i got another apartment.
I the mean time i called to check on the furniture once and everything was good. When I got my new apt I called to set up delivery and the company and I set up the first delivery for 6/12 which was missed; 2nd for the the following Monday, then Wednesday and alll missed. I finally went there and they said they have half of the furniture. I asked them for half of the money back so that i may purchase from somewhere else and they refuse. They set up another delivery for monday and was missed. No reason
