I bought an undermount Television, dvd, stereo from PC Richard 11/09. Holiday evening of 2009 my Television held closing down and switching back on. This lasted for some months today it generally does not work on all. I tried calling and contacting them for months. No reaction! I eventually get a contact a week ago plus they inform me nothing they are able to do, contact Coby. I named Coby they inform me nothing they are able to do call-back Computer Richards. Well I call-back Computer Richards plus they say sorry we cannot do something contact Coby back and have to consult with a supervisor. If you like to get item that'll last per month purchase from Computer Richards. I'm a supervisor in a retail company and we'd NEVER handle our clients such as this. We prefer to have our clients return to store with us. Computer Richards you have to learn to look after your client sif you're likely to market broken item!!!
