We purchased a-50' inch Sony Wega from Computer Richards using the extended warrenty about three years ago. For whatever reason it would switch off alone, then would not switch on whatsoever. We observed these red lights flashing about the top screen. We named support and got a scheduled appointment for 3 days later. I'd to hold back house between 9 and 1 for him in the future. He gets below and changes the lamp while informing me that 4 blinking lamps results in it is the fan fan and 3 flashing lights may be the bulb. Sony was wise enough ahead up using the vivid thought to trouble-shoot using red lights. Today if Computer Richards were half as intellegent, they'd ask just how many lamps were flashing before they arrived and lost their period and also the clients. Obviously, it had been the fan fan they don't share!!! Today I've to hold back per week for that component and possibly 3 times for another visit but delay house again until they arrive here. And of course the truth that we cannot use our television. Exactly what a laugh!!! How will you not inventory components to get a Sony? It isn't like we purchased a Coby or anything!!! I'll never purchase another television or other things from Computer Richards again!!!
