I told them the following logical action was to get hold of the client about this scarcity as opposed to the client calling them. They mightnot have cared less and provided no retribution despite I stated I'd never purchase from their website again.

Do yourself a benefit and do not bother purchasing out of this organization. You'll find better-quality apparel elsewhere and you'll just be exhausted from the insufficient customer support.
