I was granted unemployment benefits and later informed by the unemployment office that I had to pay it back. Why? Because Source One lied " they said they offered me another job, but I turned it down". They never offered me another job. The reason the assigned job fired me was because I asked a question. It was suppose to be temp to permanent position, after six months of working there I asked if I was going to be hired permanently. Because I was tired of working just as hard and in some cases harder than the other staff members, but still not getting all my pay, tired of Source One getting part of my pay. So' I was fired! I believe the hiring manager had some kind of an agreement with Source One that would allow Source One to continue to get a cut of my earnings for as long as I worked there (even if I'd worked there for years. Most or at least half of the other staff were friends and/or family members of the hiring manager. She even hired her son and nephew straight out of jail and bypassed the drug screenings for them. I believe it even more because shortly after I was fired, so was she (only two years short of her retirement). God Don't Like Ugly!
She was disrespectful in the worst way, because they were friends and family members she often called them B*S and talked bad about them, while at work.
