Asutek Computer Inc. Asus Motherboards Fraud

I bought an Asus P5N32SLI-DE-LUXE in my computer never start with the first
board, after tried a lot of instruction by telephone i send the board back to asusus, same
problem hapenned again after bios update via flashing, ones again i send the board back
then finally my pc start working normal untill this week, the board fail one more time, now
i tried send for service and Asus declined acept the board back for repair,
