I purchased an asus computer wehn I got it there where missing parts I contacted asus they did not pay attention they blew it off
after over 25 phone calls they still did not correct the matter asus support told me they would send me windows 8 upgrage and recovery discs along with missing items from brand new box after 30 days asus computers did not call or react to anything over 30 days later I gont nothing mt next sept is to call the bank and ask for a charge back
