This building's residents have been the downfall of this once family oriented apartment complex. The know who they are and they have at least 5 apts in the building rented to a bunch of alchololic drug users who are outside their doors at all hours of the day and night. It is impossible to go to the pool because of the bottle beer drinking and their vulvar language. It is even used late at night for obvious sexual encounters in the open. Most of the other residents who have to stay indoors are kept up at night with the loud music and partying. Police are called every time but to no consequence. The landlords have been notified but since they are getting their rent paid and dont live there they couldnt care less. I suggest if you are planning to move there you better not. You will be sorry. They is a loud fight at least every week and young girls or children have to be careful of the dirty innuendos made towards them. There is also alot of drug trafficking in the parking area now that they have another new drunk who just moved in with another one. No one cares or does anything about it. It is a shame because even the landlords are afraid of these people and they say it proudly. Other decent families have come by to look and after witnessing what was going on the first floor, the second floor and even the third floor, right out in broad daylight, they wrote the landlord a very disturbing letter. He did nothing to change the situation. It is a drug den an alchoholic haven. Stay clear of this place.
