Received a defective DVD series in May. Immediately contacted the company and received a reply indicating that a refund would be issued. Nothing happened. After several email exchanges with Mr. Irwin (who never gave me a mailing address), I sent several emails pleading with Mr. Irwin to please comply with his email indicating he would issue a re3fund within 5-10 days. After waiting nearly 4 months, and after several more email exchanges, I still have not received my refund.
This company operates out of China (which is not stated anywhere on the site), and its products appear to be illegally dubbed TV series done on a cheap duplicating system. None of tyhis is apparent until after and order is received and payment has been made. There is no guarantee that TVDVDBoxSets.com ever will live up to its advertised claims, stand behind its product, or treats its customers honestly.
After one more email (sent 9/18/09), I'm am doubtful that I will receive any positive response other than pre-written boilerplate messages. Such a disappointment
