My wife was "forced" to apply for account to cover dental work. She received this work in Sep 03. We received a DEAD BEAT call on Oct 22 from a cust "service" rep demanding payment. I explained we have not received any billing... When are you going to pay? We received our very first billing statement on Oct 31 dated Oct 5,03 with a $29.00 late fee and Charge Guard insurance. On the same date we received the "past due" billing statements request on phone call above. Sent payment immediatly to meet the Nov. 4th due date. As of today they do not show payment being recived. Sent letter to customer service waiting for reply.
