Nationwide Home Warranty company hired my company to perform appliance repairs for some of their customers with home warranties contracts in the Fayetteville NC area back in Feb & Mar. The appliances were repaired per their request and as of this month (June) we have not been paid for services rendered. We have called their billing department many times about the matter of payment only to be told the invoices are being processed and we should received payment within 15 days. June 10 we called again concerning this matter, we talked to lady name Mary who was very nasty and found humor in the fact that we have called her department so many time about this matter. I consider my company to be one of their customers and I wonder how can a company operate treating their customer like this.
