Failure to refund

Ordered in December for Christmas. Shipped in February. Got RMA and returned in March. Have Fedex POD. After numerous calls and emails, no refund. No one ever answers phone, and although you are prompted to leave message there is no opportunity to do so.

They've got our money; we've got aggravation.
