Sent item not engraved, refused to return calls, automated attendant but no place to leave message national

I ordered an engraved keychain for my boss for christmas. I never received any confirm but a few weeks later a keychain arrived unengraved. The packing list said it was engraved on the back but in reality the back design was the same as the front. Not only did they not engrave it but there was NO place TO engrave it. I called for several weeks at all times of the day. I sent emails. I left messages for their invoicing department (which is the only department you can leave a message for) I have never received ANY corrwespondance or calls and I am out the $45 for a keychain that wasn't even engraved.

Do not do business with these frauds.
