Experiential Event Planners Guide Hard-sell Phoneroom Sends Unrequested "Guide" - Then Tries To Collect Large Fee - SCAM

In October I took an unsolicited call from hard-sell salesman hawking an "Experiential Event Planners Guide" who wanted to "Just send it to me for an evaluation". Told him many, many times NO - Do not send this item to me.
Well, you guessed it... The book package was sent to me and was never ever opened (did not want it then, do not want it now!) The book is still sealed in it's original packaging and I have offered to return it - But, of course, no one wants the book, not even Briefings Media Group who sent it out unsolicited!
Next the multiple bills charging $520.00 for the book started coming in the mail. Then the nasty boiler-room phone calls demanding payment immediately "Or will be forced to turn it over to our lawyers".
Followed by a terse woman on the phone who informed me that they recorded their original phone call (without my permission) saying that I wanted the book. Not a problem... Let's hear it! They sent an e-mail audio file of the phone call where it clearly states that I do NOT have any desire for their product. The woman agrees and I never hear from her again.
Next, "fake certified" mail (envelope printed to look similar to U.S.P.S. Certified Mail documents) starts to arrive containing bills with additional interest, late fees and other faux charges.
Most recently (June) I have received notice that the account has been turned over to a small collection agency named Olde City Financial, Inc. Check out these winners:

I have received mail and phone calls from Olde City Financial and in both instances refer them back to the original secret telephone solicitation recording made by the hard pressure salesman representing Briefings Media Group.
Well see where it goes from here... Obviously this is huge scam played on businesses across the nation who probably just pay the official looking invoices without thought.
Again, I have still sealed package and would be glad to return it to Briefings Media Group for simply the cost of a book rate postage reimbursement.
