Lee Schneider and his head of Client Services / Quality Control Manager Scott Russo, of F.D.S. Were retained with $1000 to execute a gauranteed loan modification, for me.
The check was cashed and services were not rendered to date. They refuse to answer my calls, and a a refund was not given as per there gaurantee to date.
Calls to the manager or "Client Services" are thru a intentionally rude, and completley incompentant person by the name of SCOTT RUSSO, who only hangs up on me. Latest email from head of "Quality Control Manager" Scott Russo:
