Frangrancex.com has failed to provide products, despite numerous efforts at pursuing them. After I sent a, they first stated that the merchandise have been sent. After I delivered another, my strict e-mail, they stated they had a backlog of purchases due to the Iceland Volcano issues which had influenced routes. They stated the products could be sent also it nevertheless hasn't appeared. I'm currently endeavouring to obtain a reimbursement and so I wish the company is not a complete fraud and simply inexperienced. But I am not positive!
