Exactly the same as others, got offered a free trial at £3.95 which never arrived.
Then received an e mail stating that £87 had been taken from my credit card.
I called Berisupreme immediately and was told that I had "ticked the box" there fore I would be paying £87 per month for the goods which I never received.
They promised me a discount of 25% because I had complained.
This credit of £21.65 was credited back the same day and they said the goods had been despatched.
I contacted my credit card company and they said I had to wait until it was showing on my statement before I could do anything. I rang
Berisupreme demanding a full refund and to cancel any future payments.
They then said I would have to wait another 30 days until I received the goods before a refund could be issued.
My credit card company are still looking into this and have passed the information onto the fraud squad. I never received any goods at any point.
This is a scam&stay clear!!!
