I ordered Series of DVD's on May 8th received but 18 out of 38 were defective in some way. Wrote and they send another set (but lots of time in between e-mails) the next set was the same. I wrote again and they offered to give full refund when I sent them back to China (Yes, China) - when I said no way - they offered $75 refund then I accepted $85 refund but as of August 18th I still have not gotten my refund. I am now e-mailing them every day asking where it is. The only way of communication is through this following e-mail address.
