Classic Media DVD I ordered all seasons of the TV series Designing Women. The quality of picture and sound is horrible. E mail contact with the company has been returned undeliverable

I ordered the completet TV series of Designing Women and received very inferior quality reproductions. Sound and picture are both horrible. All email attempts for refund/return are sent back undeliverable. Of course, 100% refund was assured on the order form.
