I was ripped off for $1,500 by Informiv. They originally gave me a quote on web design but I ended up selecting them for SEO on my website. They were very good at customer service before I paid them the initial fee of $1,500. They offered a 100% money back guarantee if they did not increase my SEO within 12 months. I began getting information that my website was being added to sites that had nothing to do with my industry. I was supposed to get monthly updates from then and I have only received 1 since March. Simon would not respond to my emails and then began making excuses as to why he could not respond. He promised would take care of everything and apologized for the lack of service. I have still never received answers to my questions or monthly updates. I asked for my money back and of course I have not received that either. This company will send you very convincing information regarding their business but they do not follow through. I am still waiting for my refund of $1,500!
