I agree with the other reviewers. They have a high pressue sale, promise a money back guarantee, and then once you sign up, if you decide you don't like it, they won't give you the setup fee back. The setup fee, in my case, was $100.00. While I think this service could work for small businesses who only need a few webpages (less than 20), who have no experience with web design) and who need some recognition, this service could work well at an affordable cost. However, in my case, my website is extremely complex, with a lot of affiliate links that need to be maintained on a daily basis. The initial setup requires much too much time, and the "webmasters" have no clue about how to properly optimize the site for search engines. They also don't have a very good eye for layout, especially if there is more work required beyond the cookie cutter templates that they use. If you have a complex site that has a lot of competition, you need an SEO who really understands keyword optimization and text optimization, and I don't think this company really has the time or people to put that kind of detail into their work for a business that requires 100 webpages and daily updates. When I tried to cancel the service since it was dissatisfactory to me, they made me waste a half a day explaining why and wouldn't let me go easily. The service was horrible and they transferred me all around to get to someone who could help me, only to find out that I couldn't have my money back, even though that was what was originally promised by the high pressure salesperson. I would not do business with this company unless you have very basic website needs.
