Don't be fooled by the home page of Triad Web Design. Their bold logo that proclaims, 100% Satisfaction, Money-back guarantee should be taken down. Or at the least — it should stipulate what is written in the tiny fine print — after you get their agreement.
The money-back guarantee only lasts for the first 15 days — before any of the major work is done on your new website! Problems are constant. Typo errors. Poor spacing. Unreachable graphic designers who are based out of the country and can NEVER be contacted.
I lost about $1200 because I paid for both a website design and search engine optimization. After spending countless hours in sending emails to correct their mistakes on different pages, I finally asked for my money back. I should not have waited so long. Of course, they were not going to pay me back anything!
So, even though their agreement states the VERY limited time of their 100% money-back guarantee, I feel it's false advertising to put that claim on their home page, without putting any disclaimer at the bottom of their website. STAY AWAY from 123 Triad... It's 124 Disaster!
