I decided to try the 3 day trial membership on two weeks ago but then decided to cancel it two days later. I emailed 4 cancellation requests via the website and the customer care at [email protected]. I even email it to the management and compliant about the non response but I never got any response or acknowledgment. No one bother to respond to me... And of course, my card was billed. I tried calling and sent more emails. No response. The calls went through to a personal answer machine... This is a scam and it needs to be shut down!!!
Plz plz someone look into this. This is wrong to get ppl's money
