I have been trying for 5 days to cancel my 3 day trial. Emailed them 6 times have left 3 voice messages. The phone number they provide 877-783-2339 goes to voicemail. I have emailed them through the site and to [email protected] to cancel. My bank card has been charged for a month membership. Does anyone know how to make this stop? I have no illusions that this company will honor their part of this 3 day trial cancellation policy. The bank says I can only dispute it when it comes off pending charge and actually paid. I am pissed! Any suggestions? Even if I dispute and get it fixed will they keep trying to bill me?
