My situation is a little different than most probably are cause I will be the first to admit I got in trouble and needed to hire a criminal attorney. I liked Sumpter and Gonzalez because they said they would work with me but instead they just tried to work me. Everytime i thought i was getting ahead and my payments they kept adding more to the original amount i was supposed to owe them and then compounding it with late fees after they specifically told me they would work with me on payments. Then on top of it all i find out they fired my lawyer without telling me - while she was pregnant even though she was the one sinceer person there. And when the finally agreed to let her take my case with her, they sent my balance owed to them to collections after telling me they had written it off and forgiven it. They were very unethical and kept billing long after i was their client - they dont care about helping people they just care about money and are greedy.
They also advertise that they will help deal with social issues but they always wants another extra 1000 for that and then their social workers turn around and talk about your disorders as lunch time gossip with others in the city. Trust me stay away there are much cheapr and better lawyers in town.
