Mark Sumpter is a master of disguise. He looks and acts respectable and gives the impression of being knowledgeable. When pressed, it is obvious it is all a polished act. He doesn't actually do what he preaches. His money comes from the gullible folks who pay for his seminars - not from actual real estate deals.
