The ad for this rip-off implied a local person used their service, which is why I only authorized the $2.97 charge for an information packet. When I telephoned them they put me on hold for a long time & did not return. Called back & pressed "0" to speak to customer service rep, put on hold again. Finally reached a man that refused to credit my $139.95 & 4.95. He only agreed to close the account after I kept asking for a full refund or even a half refund. He gave me a confirmation #366940 for closure of the account.
He was not at all friendly or customer focused. So now I am out of this money & only a brochure to show for my $139.95 & 4.95. Please help me!
