Detective Hopper answered a call and I reported a crime I was given tipster number 258 around 4/28/10 Mr. Hopper assured me that once the criminal was arrested in which he was the board would sit down in the middle of May and approve or disapprove reward payouts.
Last week I called Mr. Hopper, he told me I was approved for a reward and I told Mr. Hopper that I haavent received a call from the civilian employee who pays out the rewards. Mr. Hopper said the employee was either sick or on vacation.
I feel like I am getting the run around it is Wed 5/19 11:43 A.M. And still no phone calls I also filed a report with the Better Business Bureau in Des Moines, Iowa I was told that Crimestoppers has until June 1 to respond to my complaint.
I need this reward money to pay for medical copays for my insulin I am a type 2 diabetic and need this money urgently it would be great if they could Western Union it to me because of the inconvenience of miscommunications.
