It is May 14 and I have been trying to cancel services with this company since July. Their services are quarterly to spray for insects, and a representative has call in July to schedule service. I told them to cancel this service because I no longer needed it. The rep said no problem, but then I get a bill in the mail. I called Peachtree and asked what the bill was for and they said they had sent out a technician to spray. I never seen, ordered, or approved a technician to come out nor did I see one come to the house. They said he came on a day that I was not there, but the day they said he came out I absolutely know I was at home all day. So they said they will send him out again. Still I got stiffed with the bill and I paid it, again telling them to cancel the service. The rep again said she will take care of it. Again, in January, I received another bill from them.
Complaining about this bill to the rep, telling her that we shouldn't have to pay for this because we cancelled their service. She said she would have the Branch Manager (Phillip Owen) me that day. He never did. I paid the bill anyway and insisted to cancel the service again for I will no longer be at this address. She of course said she will make sure it is cancelled this time. It's May 14 and I received another bill from this company. The weird part is, the authorization document they said I had signed authorizing them to spray the property was dated on April 13. Two things wrong with this 1) I moved out of the house in March and 2) I wasn't even in the state of Ga. When I supposedly signed said document. I called and questioned the rep and told her to send a copy of document she did and the signature they said was mine is in no way, shape or form my signature. I am truly convinced this company is ripping me off just to make a dollar.
