Ms Deines is very nice until she ships a puppy. When you pickup your filthy puppy she is done. She doesn't return calls, she may or may not send the papers to you depending on whether or not you want full registration or not. It took 6 months and many calls as well as sending copies of all my paper work to AKC for me to get papers. The problem is that there is a co-owner on one of her females and she isn't susposed to be breeding her without approval. But Brandi is and both owners need to sign puppy papers. Problem for anyone unlucky enough to buy one of these puppies.
The guarentee is also trash. Basically the dog has to die on the second Tuesday of the week for her to do anything. Then she will only send yo a card!
I did get the papers and after avery good bath I have a wonderful dog. But I would recommend finding a different breeder. Newfs are great dogs but have many health issues, you should have a breeder that will be there for you after the sale as well as before.
