On 03/16 Michael Hans from Above The Top Tree Service-Lawn & Landscaping wrote me a contract to perform drainage service at the back and side of my house, plant grass seeds on the right side of my house, add top soil, plant plants/stone/river rocks and fix my roof.
He needed 50% deposit of $500 which I provided to him via check. He later came back and returned the $500 and requested a new check of $700 which he cashed.
I called him several times after that to see when he will start the work and he said he is coming but never showed up to do the work. As of 05/11 there is no where to get in touch with him and the work is still pending.
I am filing a police report with the police department of Piscataway and will take this matter to civil court.
