I was supposed to be billed for a partial last month (2 days) but was billed for the entire month for $260. James McMillen told me it was setup during a phone conversation the previous month. When I was moving out, James McMillen came out and apologized because he hadnt updated the system from our conversation and I was billed the full amount the previous day and asked that I dont escalate it, rather that I come in next weekend and he will see what he could do about me winning a raffle for a TV so he didnt get in trouble from a complaint from me.
